Hannah Nash is a mother of two and the founder and editor of Before & After Babies. Born and raised in the UK, Hannah started this blog as a way to share her journey through motherhood and connect with other moms who were facing similar challenges.
After becoming a mother for the first time at the age of 29, Hannah quickly realized that parenting was not as easy as she had imagined. Between sleepless nights, feeding struggles, and postpartum recovery, she found herself struggling to adjust to her new role as a mom. Despite these challenges, however, Hannah felt an overwhelming sense of joy and fulfillment in being a parent.
As her family grew and her children (now aged 4 and 6) entered new stages of development, Hannah began to reflect on the importance of community and support for moms. She recognized that many moms, like herself, were facing similar challenges and could benefit from a space to connect, share their experiences, and find resources and support.
